Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays: 10am - 5pm

Thursdays: 10am - 8pm

Sundays: 1pm - 4pm

Last Week in April	Notification of juror selection.
June 13-16, 2011	Mail your quilt to the church venue.
June 16, 2011 2pm - 7pm	Hand deliver your quilt to the church venue
Wednesday, June 22, 2011	Opening of the exhibit.
Saturday, June 25, 2011 2:00 - 5:00 PM	*Sacred Threads* Meet the Artist’s reception.
Saturday, June 25, 2011 5:30 PM	Artist Dinner at local restaurant
Sunday, July 3, 2011 4:00 PM	Sponsor Reception (Luana Rubin and Jinny Beyer)
Monday, July 4, 2011	Closing of the exhibit.
Wednesday, July 6, 2011 2pm - 7pm	Quilts may be picked up
July 6 - July 11, 2011	Works will be shipped back to artists.
